M8 Back Plates - 65MM Width

Backing Plates are the ideal addition to our U Bolts. These backing plates will secure a U Bolt to a range of applications including supporting pipework, attaching a part of a beam or wall, agriculture and livestock trailers, boat trailers, fence posts, installation of TV aerials and satellite dishes as well as many more applications.

The threaded legs of the bolt are designed to be slotted through the backing plate and secured with nuts and washers.

Our Backing Plates are electro-plated as standard. We carry out this process on all our U Bolts and Backing Plates to protect against rust, corrosion and moisture. This also ensures that our customers receive a smooth and brighter finish for a high quality appearance

Our U Bolts are measured from the inside of the bolt to the bottom of the thread, not from the centre. Please see attached information on measuring U Bolts prior to your order.
